On-line HIP Registration
Welcome to the New York State migratory game bird Harvest Information Program
The information you provide will be used for the management of migratory game birds (woodcock, ducks, geese, brant, rails, snipe, coots, gallinules, sea ducks or crows).
- You can register for HIP Online (below) or by phone by calling 1-888-4ASKHIP (888-427-5447).
- If you will not hunt migratory game birds in New York during the 2009/2010 season, you do not need to participate in HIP.
- If you would like to be reminded by email to register for the 2010/2011 HIP season, and subsequent seasons, enter your email address below. Your address will not be used for any other purpose.
If you plan to hunt migratory game birds (woodcock, ducks, geese, brant, rails, snipe, coots, gallinules, sea ducks or crows) in New York during the 2009/2010 season, please press the link below to get your HIP number.
