Uploaded images are processed in memory and written temporarily to encrypted storage for the duration of rendering only. ny-hip does not retain, analyze, or use uploaded images for any purpose other than delivering your requested result.

Account data is used to authenticate your session, process payments, and communicate service updates. Technical data is used to monitor platform performance and detect abuse. ny-hip does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, all associated personal data is removed from ny-hip systems within 30 days. Uploaded image files are never retained beyond the 60-second processing window.
