Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ny-hip, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept all terms stated here, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users of ny-hip, including visitors, registered account holders, and API integrators. ny-hip reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Last updated: 2026.

Permitted Use

You may use ny-hip solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or process any image. You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold all necessary rights and consent for every image you upload to ny-hip.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use ny-hip to process images of individuals without their explicit, documented consent. You may not upload images containing identifiable minors under any circumstances. Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate ny-hip's AI models or infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

You may not use the platform to generate, distribute, or publish non-consensual intimate imagery. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be referred to law enforcement where applicable under local or international law.

Intellectual Property

All AI models, algorithms, interface designs, and documentation on ny-hip are the exclusive intellectual property of ny-hip and its licensors. No license to these assets is granted by your use of the platform beyond what is explicitly stated in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

ny-hip provides the platform on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ny-hip disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

ny-hip's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to ny-hip in the 30 days preceding the claim. ny-hip is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Third-Party Services

ny-hip may integrate with third-party payment processors, analytics providers, and infrastructure services. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. ny-hip is not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.

Data and Security

Uploaded files are encrypted with AES-256 and deleted within 60 seconds of result delivery. ny-hip's data handling practices are described in full in the Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept those practices.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of any images you upload to ny-hip. By uploading, you grant ny-hip a limited, temporary license to process those files solely for the purpose of delivering your requested result. This license expires when the file is deleted.

Changes to Terms

ny-hip may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. The current version is always available at the Terms page. Effective from 2026.
